Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information RAWPRO collects, why, and who we share it with. It applies to rawpro.media and any related applications.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
- Content you provide. Prompts, uploaded images/video/audio, and the media RAWPRO generates for you, organized into projects.
- Verified-person data. If you use the optional real-person verification feature, BytePlus (our AI provider for this feature) processes a live camera/liveness check to confirm a real person’s identity. RAWPRO itself never sees or stores the raw camera data — we only receive and store BytePlus’s own confirmation that verification succeeded, and an internal reference id for the resulting asset group. This is biometric-adjacent processing; several jurisdictions (including the EU under GDPR, and some U.S. states) give you specific rights over this category of data — see “Your rights” below.
- Billing information. Credit top-ups are processed by Stripe. RAWPRO never receives or stores your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.
- Usage and technical data. Generation history, cost/billing records, project activity, IP address, browser/device information, and the essential session cookie that keeps you signed in.
2. How we use this information
- To operate the Service — run your generations, save your projects, and keep you signed in;
- To process payments and maintain your credit balance;
- To communicate with you about your account or generations (e.g. a completed render, a billing issue);
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use your content to train our own models.
3. Who we share information with
RAWPRO uses the following service providers (“sub-processors”) to operate. Each only receives what it needs to perform its specific role:
- Google — sign-in (name, email, photo), and, when you generate with a Google model (Gemini/Nano Banana/Veo), your prompt and any attached reference media;
- OpenAI — your prompt and any attached reference images, when you generate with a gpt-image model;
- BytePlus / Volcengine — your prompt and any attached reference media, when you generate with a Seedance model; and, separately, the live camera check described above if you use the real-person verification feature;
- Stripe — billing details and payment processing for credit top-ups;
- Resend — sending account emails (such as your welcome email and top-up receipts) to your email address, and delivering messages you send us through the support form, including the name and email address you enter;
- Cloudflare — storage and delivery of your uploaded and generated media (Cloudflare R2 and its content delivery network);
- Neon and Vercel — our database and application hosting providers. Vercel also provides our cookie-free page analytics.
We don’t share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. Deleting a tile moves it to a project’s trash, where it’s permanently removed after a retention window; deleting your account removes your account data, subject to what we’re required to keep for billing, tax, or legal record-keeping (e.g. transaction records Stripe requires us to retain).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing (including, specifically, the verification data described above). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rawpro.media. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before acting on the request.
6. Cookies
RAWPRO uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in (via Auth.js). We don’t currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
7. Children's privacy
RAWPRO is not directed at, and isn’t intended for use by, anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
8. International data transfers
RAWPRO and the providers listed above operate infrastructure in the United States and elsewhere. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed outside your own country.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, signed and time-limited links for uploading and downloading files, and long, random media addresses that can’t be browsed or listed — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
